Your credit card or payment card details will be processed by the payment processors available on the platform, who will process and store your data securely and for the sole purpose of processing subscription payments. Processnavigation reserves the right to engage any available payment processor.

Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Processnavigation server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy or until the user closes the user account or requests the deletion of their data. Processnavigation may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Processnavigation may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. To provide greater transparency, we apply the following general retention criteria: account data is retained while your account remains active; billing and payment records are typically retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting obligations; and system usage logs are generally kept for twelve (12) months for security and operational purposes. Once data is no longer required for these purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
